What’s clear from the below online straw poll is the electorate wants someone who is willing to challenge the system of same-oldism.
Sickened by Reagan-Bush, Clinton-Gore, Bush-Cheney, the electorate in 2008 wanted an outsider to win the presidency. Obama-Biden campaigned as that answer. However, once elected, they selected a CitiGroup cabinet and governed as insiders. During Obama’s two terms 95% of all new wealth created in America went to the fat cats at the top.
In 2016, experiencing a complete collapse of the American Dream, the electorate still wanted an outsider and Bernie Sanders appeared the best bet, given he had erased a 60-point Clinton lead, led all Republicans in every poll by double digits and also attracted seven of every 10 Independent voters.
But the inside system, with corporate media colluding with Hillary to make Trump her opponent (see Wikileaks), gave Trump the outsider attention. Truth be known Trump was and is no outsider at all — he’s a billionaire! Under Trump-Pence, despite the controversy, the fat cats are pulling in 85% of all new wealth generated in America.
Folks need to seriously realize the monopolized media, itself, is a part of America’s Oligarch Enrichment Project (AOEP) which is supported by two political parties functioning in a good cop vs. bad cop modality. The AOEP is comprised of big defense, big oil, big banking, big pharma/health, big agri and a never-ending drug war of private profiteering all of which feeds third world regime change.. Meanwhile, our health, education, environmental and infrastructure needs go wanting.
