As a deadly international viral pandemic spawns throughout America, the last thing we need are comforting words from Donald Trump, a well-established con man. The Trump Administration disbanded the National Security Council’s pandemic response unit that was organized to create an early alert and response system impacting dangers to our health.
In recent decades, America’s government has been nothing but an Oligarch Enrichment Project with both political parties and the media, together with extremely high-paid consultants and lobbyists, functioning as Oligarch Protection Units (OPUs). The result has been numerous government overthrows, regime-change wars, a policy of economically sanctioning other nations and offshoring manufacturing jobs to other countries in order to exploit mineral resources and cheap labor.
In the 2020 election, both Trump and the Democratic front-runner Joe Biden are OPU-supported candidates. If the Covid-19 virus teaches us anything, it is that America has been barking up the wrong tree, having abandoned the principles of FDR’s New Deal and JFK’s New Frontier policies. Clearly, it’s time for the serious change that is now offered by Bernie Sanders. Unquestionably, America needs a fresh start!
