We teach children to share but adulthood shows only some become boatworthy and usually those who do already have a boat.

Perhaps too much focus has been on the minimum wage. Note the federal minimum wage has been $7.25 since July 24, 2009. Given the below reporting of The Guardian perhaps the time has come to focus on a maximum wage.
